I always find it a pleasure to upgrade my PCs. Just recently, I’ve installed a new graphics card and added a little RAM to my unit. It’s the best way I know how to blow my money – giving life to what could have been a deteriorating system. This thing is also built with a flex design as with most other types of stands. It allows me to adjust my monitors independently. I can swivel, pivot, or tilt one monitor while the other remains steady. I find this feature useful for presentations. Usually when I’m doing a presentation for a small group, I do away with using projectors since they take too much time to set up. Instead, I can just tilt one of my monitors so my audience can get a view of whatever it is I’m showing.

I should also add that my monitors are huge, just imagine the standard type of large screen LCD monitor you often see in techy outlets nowadays. Picture two of those mounted on a sturdy pole and positioned in a desk stacked with papers and various stuff and that is probably how my workspace looks like.

Using two monitors at once has done so much to increase my productivity. The Planar dual monitor stand is a great addition to my home office space. It’s well built and sturdy. I don’t care much about design but the aesthetics in this one practically deserves my attention. It’s clean and simple. It gives off an air of understated sophistication that I appreciate so much. However, more than serving as eye candy in my workspace, this dual monitor stand has proved itself to be highly useful and convenient. It has become an essential workspace staple for me.

It’s hard to juggle several applications in a tiny screen. I’ve only come to realize this after I’ve spent months of painstakingly trying to squint my eyes at the monitor screen everyday while I’m doing work.
